The primary duties of the Board of Trustees are to serve as faithful stewards of the church's finances and watchman of all church assets. The Board has the duty to act as a watchman to ensure financial integrity of the church to ensure that members will have confidence in the collection, computation and management of their donations, tithes and offerings. This responsibility also includes review of all church accounts, on at least a monthly basis. The Board is responsible for setting policies for the operation of the church facility, employment, procurement, contracting, safety, insurance, fund raising, capital projects, investment and the endowment fund. The Board works in cooperation with the Pastor and the Business Manager who has the direct responsibility for the daily financial operations of the church.
